Carson Baer

As a partner in Timberline Solutions, I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have always been a BC boy. I was born in Central BC but have called Salmon Arm home for the last 20 years. My wife, Laurie, and I were married in spring of 2009, and God has blessed us with 6 children.

It seems like building has always been a part of who I am. From my earliest memories, we boys were helping Dad in some aspect of construction. I am happy to be carrying on the family tradition.

"Contractor" is not the only hat I wear. I am thrilled to be a husband, a father, and a co-pastor in a local Bible-believing church.

My goal in relating to each client we have is to develop long-lasting friendships and to let honesty and grace guide my relationships.

Paul Hartzler

As one of the owners of Timberline Solutions Ltd, I’d like to introduce myself. I was born in Kentucky and grew up between there and Georgia. I have been in construction ever since finishing high school. In 1993 I met my lovely wife, Geneva, who was from northern Alberta. We got married in 1994 and lived in Alberta until we moved to Salmon Arm in 2017. We have 6 children and a number of wonderful grandchildren. We serve Jesus Christ and want to honor Him in all we do.

As a construction company established in this community for the last 20 years, we endeavor to build with integrity and make lasting friends of those we serve. We value our employees and subtrades as key to our success and your finished project. We commit to being honest and transparent in our relationships. We pledge our allegiance to God and His kingdom and wish to exemplify Him. We wish to provide for our families and have to share with those in need, while providing you with reasonably priced builds.
